TERMS OF USE
The fine print, kept short.
This prototype is specification work — authored by Prolific Digital and shared with the Missouri Historical Society for RFP review. The terms below describe who owns it, what you can do with it, and what happens after a decision is made.
Authorship & ownership.
This wireframe-fidelity prototype was created by Prolific Digitalas specification work submitted with our response to the Missouri Historical Society's RFP for mohistory.org. The structure, interactions, copy, data fixtures, and documentation in this prototype are the property of Prolific Digital.
Specification work — not final design.
Everything you see here is wireframe-fidelity. Photography and video are represented by diagonal-pattern placeholders. The palette is paper and ink with a single accent — final color, typography, motion, and microcopy are design-phase decisions. Integration tiles name the vendors and pathways where production systems would attach. This is a working model, not a finished site.
Viewing rights.
By continuing to view this prototype, you accept a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to evaluate the work for purposes related to the Missouri Historical Society RFP review. No copying, scraping, redistribution, derivative use, or republication is permitted without the express written consent of Prolific Digital.
Conditional licensing.
If the Missouri Historical Society selects Prolific Digital as the project's design and development partner, the IP in this wireframe converts to a licensed asset as part of the design-phase agreement. If the Society selects another firm, a separate licensing arrangement for any portion of this work may be negotiated independently and is available for purchase. Either path begins with a conversation.
